Submission of Portfolio in 2025 (for Doctor's program)

Fill up a portfolio through consulting with your supervisor, and then submit it to meet deadline.

This portfolio is for Advanced Engineering Course students (Portfolio for HSE is different).

Download MS Word file of template of portfolio from the following link: Portfolio_form_doctor202510
Fill in pages 1-3 and then print it. (write down your name in each page)
Obtain the supervisor's and two sub-supervisors' signatures on page 3.
Print out your class timetable on the course registration from KULASIS, and then obtain the supervisor's signature or seal on it.
Scan pages 1-3 of the portfolio and the class timetable, then make one PDF file and submit it via Google form (https://forms.gle/c6hUx6yf6fLkMgLt8). If you are not able to apply for classes offered by other graduate schools and faculties through KULASIS, you must submit an application to the C-cluster Office. In this case, please add the application form signed by the supervisor to the PDF file to be submitted. The deadline for submitting the application (October 3) is earlier than the deadline for submitting the portfolio, so please scan the PDF file before submitting the application to the C-cluster office.
Keep your original copy of printed portfolio in a safe place.

Use the template of portfolio you already downloaded.

Notes:

Be sure to have an appropriate file size. Preferred file size is around 100 kb.
File name must be written as follows; “Student ID number + Student's department + Student's name + .pdf"
