Submission of Portfolio in October 2021 (Master's program)

Fill up a portfolio through consulting with your supervisor, and then submit it to meet deadline.

Students enrolled in AY2021 (M1)

  • Deadline: Monday, October 11, 2021, 17:00
  • Submission procedures:
  1. Use the template of portfolio that you have already downloaded.
    cf. the template:  Portfolio_form_master2021
  2. Fill in pages 4-5 for September 2021 and then print it. (Write down your name on each page)
  3. Students in the Department of Civil and Earth Resources Engineering: Obtain supervisor's signature on page 5.
    Students in the Department of Urban Management: Obtain supervisor's and two sub-supervisors' signatures on page 5.
    Refer to the item 7 below if you cannot obtain signatures from your supervisors directly because of the corona-virus situation.
  4. Print out your class timetable on the course registration from KULASIS, and then obtain supervisor's signature or seal on it.
  5. Scan pertinent pages (pp.4-5) of portfolio and the class timetable, then make one PDF file and send it to the e-mail address shown below as an attached file. Students who applied the classes offered by the other graduate schools and faculties must add the application form signed by supervisor to the PDF file to be submitted.
  6. Keep your original copy of printed portfolio in a safe place. (Students must submit all pages of the original portfolio to the C-Cluster office after the end of 4th semester in the 2nd Year.)
  7. If you cannot obtain signatures from your supervisors directly because of the corona-virus situation, you can ask your supervisor to submit your portfolio with only supervisor’s signature and with sub-supervisors’ names typed. However, all signatures are required when you submit the original portfolio at the end of your study period.

Students enrolled in AY2020 or before (M2)

  • Deadline: Monday, October 11, 2021, 17:00
  • Submission procedures:
  1. Use the template of portfolio that you have already downloaded.
  2. Fill in pages 8-9 for September 2021 and then print it (Write down your name on each page).
  3. Students in the Department of Civil and Earth Resources Engineering: Obtain supervisor's signature on page 9.
    Students in the Department of Urban Management: Obtain supervisor's and two sub-supervisors' signatures on page 9.
    Refer to the item 7 below if you cannot obtain signatures from your supervisors directly because of the corona-virus situation.
  4. Print out your class timetable on the course registration from KULASIS, and then obtain supervisor's signature or seal on it.

Notes:

  1. Subject line of e-mail must be as follows: Student ID number (half-size 10-degit number) + student’s department (Department of Civil and Earth Resources Engineering→CE or Departmentof Urban Management→UM ※use half-size characters)+ student’s name     (Example) 1234567890CE TaroYamada
  2. When students send a PDF file, they also must send e-mail to their supervisors (and sub-supervisors) with CC.
  3.  Be sure to have an appropriate file size. Preferred file size is around 100kb.
  4. File name must be written as follows: "Student ID number + Student's department (CE or UM) + Student's name + .pdf"
