Submission of Portfolio for Master course students graduating in AY2023

Based on the "Guidelines for Writing and Submitting Master's Thesis in AY2023", Master course students graduating in AY2023 are required to submit the original copy of printed portfolio to C-Cluster Kyomu-kakari (Educational Affairs Section at C-Cluster Office), no later than January 26th, Friday, noon. Please check the following points;

  • Fill out the portfolio from pages 10-12, [January 2024].
  • In case you could not get the signatures from your supervisor, please get all the signatures in all the blanks (anyplace near the blanks is OK) from your supervisor, including the blanks you could not get the signatures previously.
  • Submit the original portfolio to C-Cluster Kyomu-kakari in person, or by the registered mail (Kakitome bin, 書留便). Mark "Submission of portfolio" in the red ink on the envelope. The address is in the following;

  • In the cell "演習ORT等" of the table "Credits acquired", add the credits to be acquired of ORT subject: Seminar on Infrastructure Engineering A/B or Seminar on Urban Management A/B. Note that more than 10 points in total for two years of M1 and M2 (more than 3 points in each year) are required.
  • Credits to be acquired at the end of this semester are also needed to be filled.
  • Confirm whether the requirements of "education program for major subjects" you chose, written in the Page 1 of portfolio, are fulfilled before submitting (see the handout of guidance when you enrolled).
  • If students have completed the subjects designated for each study area, submit application form for a certificate using the last page of your portfolio. Deadline of the application is the same as the portfolio, no later than January 26th, Friday, noon. You will get the certificate at the graduation ceremony held by each department.
